Item must be in its original condition, unused/unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns are accepted only for products delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Opened or used herbal products.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at newtecknp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Share your order details and a clear picture of the parcel (with delivery slip visible).

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

 

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges are free of cost .
